Begin your child’s
speech therapy adventure

Support your child’s speech-language development in his or her natural environment.

At your home

Young children learn best within the context of their daily lives and routines. Skip the clinic— let someone come to you.

Evidence-based

Your child deserves the highest quality care possible. Our plan of care is guided by evidence-based practice, which integrates scientific research, clinical expertise, and your values, priorities and concerns.

Diversity-affirming

Speaking Hearts is an inclusive practice and welcomes children with disabilities.

Grow their communicative confidence

Our task in speech therapy is to empower your child to learn how to effectively communicate his or her wants, needs, thoughts, feelings, and ideas in daily life. Children engage in the courageous process of acquiring new speech and language skills when they consistently feel safe, supported, and understood.

Strategies you can use together

Speech and language learning happens within the context of significant relationships, especially the relationships between children and their primary caregivers. This means that you are a vital part of your child’s journey toward speech and language. Your speech therapist will support the special relationship between you and your child, called the “dyad.” Children learn best when we work, play and learn together.

The world needs your child’s voice.
